I followed your recipe today to send a traditional Emirati food item for the food carnival in my son’s school.. everyone liked it alhamdulilah..
I replaced the yeast with baking powder as I didn’t have 2hrs to wait.
Also pierced toothpicks in each ball to make it non-messy for the kids..
It was a hit !
