As far as I know, you can use an equivalent amount of agar agar powder. Here, we get a sachet of 10 gn, which makes it easy to use. It can be used in the same manner, with the same amount of liquid, the only difference will be that you don’t need to wait for it to melt. I hope this solves your doubt.

Thanks ! My gourmet friend told me how did you cook that ? So delicious ! But I explained that they were raw and only cooked in the salt. But as I like when they are a bit tender I use pink onions and let them sit in salt a little than 5 minutes

Decided to add extra blueberries the second time for a stronger flavor, and also tried it with raspberries and that definitely turned out strong.
